Almost 400 Impact San Antonio members, sponsors, agency representatives and friends attended a wonderful Grant Award Night at the Witte Museum on October 23.
The event was a celebration of the power of women coming together to make a difference in our community. We announced the six recipients of $100,000 High Impact Grants and the four recipients of $10,000 Support Grants. Because of the collective generosity of our extraordinary members, we were able to award $640,000 to 10 deserving nonprofits that will use these funds to help transform lives in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
Our six 2023 High Impact Grant recipients are:
Arts & Culture: Experience Wonder by Wonder Theatre
Education: East Side Community Learning Lab by Restore Education
Education: Oasis in San Antonio’s Childcare Desert by Respite Care of San Antonio
Environment, Recreation & Preservation: Landowner Engagement Initiative by Great Springs Project
Family: Technology Upgrades for Client Records by Roy Maas Youth Alternatives
Health & Wellness: No Limits for Adapted Sports & Fine Arts by Kinetic Kids
This year’s Support Grant recipients are Agarita, Headwaters at the Comal, Latched Support, and YMCA of Greater San Antonio.
