2023 will be the fifth year we award at least 5 High Impact grants, one in each of our focus areas. This is possible through the support and generosity of 602 new and returning members and four non-voting grant contributors, who together contributed $508,000 toward this year’s grants. This week the Impact SA Board approved the addition of operational funds and gifts previously received from the Dela Wright White Charitable Lead Trust and the Circle Bar Foundation to the 2023 grant pool to ensure funding for five support grants of $10,000 each. This means we will award a total of $550,000 this year!

The transformation of our community begins after Grant Award Night – scheduled for October 23. Through our collective philanthropy, our grant recipients will increase the impact they have on our community in the five critical areas needed for a community to thrive – Arts & Culture; Education: Environment, Recreation & Preservation; Family; and Health & Wellness.
