Fiesta 2024 is here! Let the party begin! What started as one parade to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo over 100 years ago has grown into a celebration of San Antonio’s rich and diverse cultures. Today it is one of our nation’s premier festivals.
This history reminds me, in a way, of Impact San Antonio. As we celebrate 20 years of making a difference in the community, not 100 years yet, our membership has grown into a rich tapestry of women of different ages, with different experiences, and perspectives, but a common desire to transform lives in our community.
We come together to cultivate and grow a more vibrant community. We see the power in our giving circle to celebrate and empower the many remarkable agencies that are helping so many in our community.
During our member engagement event last month at TEAMability, a 2021 High Impact Grant recipient, we heard powerful success stories of children and adults overcoming heart-wrenching obstacles and saw demonstrations of how their Impact SA grant-funded overhead tracking system is helping those with severe mobility issues.

Our 2024 membership deadline, May 15, is fast approaching. We thank those who have already joined or renewed. So far, we have funding for nearly three $100,000 grants for 2024. Each new and renewing membership puts us closer to our goal of funding five $100,000 High Impact Grants.
