Grant Impact:

The Impact San Antonio Grant will make it possible to create a groundbreaking, open-source dyslexia therapy curriculum that increases accessibility for educators and school districts, directly benefiting the 20% of students in our community affected by dyslexia. By removing financial barriers, this project will empower teachers with high-quality, evidence-based tools that improve literacy outcomes for all learners. The estimated cost savings to the community exceed $3 million annually, allowing resources to be redirected to student support and classroom innovation. “This grant allows us to take a bold step toward equity in education,” says Jasmin Dean, CEO of Celebrate Dyslexia. “Every student deserves access to the instruction they need to thrive, regardless of zip code or income, and we are honored to be able to partner with Impact San Antonio in removing barriers to literacy.”
