Sheila Killpack was born and raised in Arkansas. She served 20 years in the United States Air Force and retired with her husband, Reese, also a USAF veteran in San Antonio. They own a franchise called Cruise Planners- Grandmastertravel. She is very active in her community serving on the board of the Helotes Area Chamber of Commerce and on the Ambassador committee. Sheila holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Webster University. She also is a member of The Oakes Club, a women’s civic organization, and the Tapatio Springs Ladies Club. She has also started a new venture as a consultant for the Boomerang Networking Group launching the first Collective in San Antonio.
