Shanna Sadler is a technology leader and seasoned enterprise architect who drives innovation and transforms complex challenges into practical, high-impact solutions. She holds over 30 patents, showcasing her creativity and dedication to delivering lasting results. With extensive experience in enterprise modernization, Shanna combines technical expertise with collaborative leadership to help organizations achieve meaningful outcomes.
Passionate about inspiring the next generation, Shanna mentors software engineers and students exploring STEM. For ten years, she led Hour of Code, growing the program from its beginnings to serve students across more than five school districts. Through this work, she demystified computer science and coding to curious students while fostering confidence, curiosity, and early exposure to technology.
Since joining Impact San Antonio in 2024, Shanna has actively engaged with members and the wider community as a grant reviewer and grant liaison. She and her husband, Justin, are both San Antonio natives with deep military roots, and they are proud parents of two children, with their oldest daughter away at college and their youngest son preparing to spread his wings. Through her board service, Shanna is dedicated to advancing programs that create meaningful opportunities, encourage learning, and strengthen the philanthropic community.
