Impact San Antonio member Sharon Flanagan Mungo (February 11, 1939–December 20, 2025) passed away peacefully at her San Antonio home, surrounded by family. A lifelong educator, counselor, and devoted mother of seven, Sharon lived a life rooted in compassion, inclusion, and service. Alongside her husband of 64 years, she built a beautifully diverse family through adoption and foster care, inspiring all who knew her. Sharon was a valued member of Impact San Antonio, where her generosity of spirit and commitment to those in need left a lasting mark. Her legacy lives on through her children (including Impact San Antonio board member Annmarie Simonson), her grandchildren, and the many lives she touched.
