Please help us welcome new member Carolyn Wells, who joined Impact San Antonio at a hosted party earlier this month. We had the opportunity to learn more about Carolyn during a recent interview.
How did you first hear about Impact San Antonio? And why did you join?
I learned about Impact San Antonio from Leslie Cardinal, volunteer coordinator. Leslie has been a role model for a long time. I’ve heard her comments and stories over time about this organization, and she invited me to one of your events.
What inspires you about Impact San Antonio?
I appreciate the fact that these local, dynamic women are coming together to make an impact.
Are you planning to be involved in the organization?
Yes, I would like to be involved in some of the committees. I need to do some research on what’s available.
Tell us a little more about yourself.
I was an accountant and raised 2 amazing children. My adult children, Seth and Sabina, take part in giving back to society. They are my pride and joy! Making a positive contribution to the world is one of my core values.
